Alexander Volkanovski is on a 20+ fight win streak including two wins over Max Holloway. Originally Max Holloway was to fight him for a 3rd time but was forced out w/ Injury. In steps The Korean Zombie who is on a nice streak of his own. The two battle it out w/ the winner likely to take on Max Holloway In the Summer or Early Fall.
STERLING VS. YAN 2
(BANTAMWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP)
Aljimain Sterling and Petr Yan finally run it back. The first fight ended w/ an illegal knee by Yan while Sterling was a downed opponent. It marked the first time a title had changed hands on a DQ. After many Twitter exchanges, injuries among other things the two will settle the score on April 9th at UFC 273.
ANNOUNCED BOUTS:
The Card is already stacked from top to bottom.. A Crucial Heavyweight bout features Jairzinho Rozenstruik fighting Marcin Tybura in a must win for both guys if they want to stay in the top 10. In a Huge Woman’s strawweight bout MacKenzie Dern faces Tecia Torres for a likely spot in the top 5 and future title shot at stake.
