WRAP UP:
This season saw plenty of controversy w/ in house bickering and numerous times things almost came to blows. The infamous moment Manny Gamburyan’s cousin Karo Parisyan came in and ruffled the feathers of eventual winner Nate Diaz. The season featured the first coach vs. coach main event on the finale as Penn fought Jen’s Pulver on the Ultimate Fighter Season 5 finale. B.J. Penn not only took over the fighter draft portion of the show but also was the first coach to kick a team member off their team when he decided to “fire” Andy wang. Want ended up on Team Pulver. Other than Nate Diaz the season spawned successful fighters such as Joe Lauzon and Gray Maynard. Tragically Corey Hill Passed away in 2015 due to Pneumonia.
